With over six decades in the industry, Ted Merrill brings an unmatched depth of knowledge in construction, specializing in damage repair, structural integrity, and expert assessments. From fire and water restoration to defect resolution, his experience extends beyond building—serving as a respected umpire and arbitrator in complex construction disputes for over 45 years.
